On New Year’s day, Nana Ama McBrown took charge as the hostess of AdekyeNsroma. She had as her panelists, actor and musician Lil Wayne, Akrobeto, comedian Funny Face and renowned Kumasi based man of God, Prophet Kumchacha a.k.a “English man” as her panelists.

Spelling out the rules of the programme, Nana Ama insisted that the programme would be run in the English language in contrast to the usual language used (Akan).

In the course of the programme, Akrobeto recalled an incident in which Prophet Kumchacha claimed he spoke better English, compared to him (Akrobeto).

Chiding the man of God for ridiculing him, he stated that “If u go to your interview, interview your part, and you say you are a good English than me.

Even Lil Wayne, he graduate from day nursery. Even him, he speak good English than you.”

In a bid to resolve the looming conflict, Funny Face suggested that Akrobeto and Kumachachca both recite a popular nursery rhyme, ‘Peter Piper picked a peck of peppers’.

Prophet Kumchacha’s rendition of the poem had everyone laughing.
