- Real Madrid star forward Cristiano Ronaldo has received yet another statue in honour
- The statue shares striking resemblance with a previous ugly statue made in honour of Ronaldo
- The bust this time comes in a ice form
Real Madrid star forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, who received an ugly looking statue sometimes last year has had yet another statue made in his honour and this time it is made of ice.
Sadly this bust shares striking similarities to the disastrous one that was put up in his honour at Madeira airport last year.
Russia seem to have joined in the statue frenzy as they have put up an astonishing 40 statues to represent the countries that will participate in the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Moscow times report that"Lake Baikal and lakes near Yekaterinburg and Arkhangelsk will be used to make the World Cup statues."
The ice sculptor which revealed a figure that looked very similar to the 32-year-old's airport bust gave the fans present a Dejavu feeling.
The unveiling of the statue in Portugal last year sent fans into frenzy and a new artist was called in to produce a new model.
One person likened the original statue to Bowser from the Super Mario Brothers film.
Another said it reminded them of the talking head from the ITV show Art Attack.
Spanish sculptor Jose Antonio Navarro Arteaga, 52, was later called in to make corrections to the errors made my mocked artist Emanuel Santos.
YEN.com.gh previously reported that Spanish sculptor, Jose Antonio Navarro Arteaga, has created a bust that looks exactly like Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo following a poor attempt made earlier this year by artist Emanuel Santos.
Santos was mocked all over the world after creating a bronze bust of the 32-year-old to mark the re-naming of an airport in their native island of Madeira.
