Negative sentiments regarding the lack of Ghanaian performers at the recently held CAF Aiteo African Player of the Year awards ceremony seems to have reminded Ghanaians of Shatta Wale's beef with Nigerian superstar, Wizkid.

Last night's CAF event saw several A-list Nigerian artistes perform including superstar hip-life artiste, Wizkid, Yemi Olade and the likes.
On the other hand, some Ghanaian celebrities have voiced out their displeasure at the fact that no Ghanaian artistes performed apart from Efya, who sang the national anthem, and Kidi, who closed the show.
Taking to their social media handles, Ghanaians have jokingly called out Ghana's self-styled dance-hall king and wondered if he's aware of Wizkid's presence in the country, or just what he thinks of the night's mostly foreign artistic lineup.
