It is often said that “all work and no play; makes Jack a dull boy” so definitely, it is best to take some time off one’s busy schedules to catch a little fun.
And this is exactly what Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, the outspoken member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), seems to do.
Kennedy Agyapong, who is also the Member of Parliament for Assin North Constituency in the Central Region, has been captured in a latest video showing off some impressive dance moves to Daddy Lumba’s hit song ‘Yentie Obiaa’.
The Highlife Legend, Daddy Lumba was on stage performing live at the 2017 MUSIGA Grand Ball, when Kennedy Agyapong and his companion lit up the dance floor, along with attendees of the event.
From the video, it could be said that Kennedy Agyapong was in good spirits, as he is seen clapping his bands intermittently, making slow turns, smiling and nodding his head as a sign of his appreciation for the festive atmosphere.
Even though he is a busy politician and businessman, it also appears that Kennedy Agyapong is a lover of music.
No wonder he has selected some five Ghanaian musicians with the promise that he would be paying them GHC 5,000 cedis as salary every month, a pledge which had many Ghanaians raining praises on him.
The Assin North MP, has been in the news for many years now, especially since his party, the NPP regained power in 2017.
Recently, he was in the news accusing the past government, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of blocking development in his constituency during its rule.
The MP who is noted for not mincing words and freely speaking his mind rather harshly, has also accused President Akufo Addo of going “slow” with corrupt NDC officials whom he believes should be prosecuted and jailed.
Kennedy Agyapong has also revealed that he would ensure maximum development in his constituency now that his party is in power.
