-CEO of Trust Productions, Wilson Kumi has said there is no intimacy between him and gospel singer, Patience Nyarko
-He has admitted to problems in their marriage but maintains that his relationship with the singer is only for business
The producer of gospel singer, Patience Nyarko has responded to allegations by his wife that he is in an amorous relationship with the musician.
Olivia Kumi, the embittered wife, in an interview a few days ago, accused the singer of snatching her husband, Wilson Kumi and suggested the two were currently living together.
Olivia, who works as a cleaner, was bitter because her husband had allegedly sold properties they had acquired together, but had refused to look after their two kids leaving her burdened.
But in a statement, Mr Kumi has categorically denied any intimacy with Patience Nyarko saying their relationship is only restricted to business.
According to him, though there are issues with his marriage, it cannot be attributed to the singer.
“I must admit there is a marital issue at stake but Patience Nyarko is never the cause of it but I saw the need to keep an eye of the investment I have made in her not to lose two things at the same time ,with the hope that, the marital issues will be resolved and there will be understanding between us ( me and my wife) in the near future.
I appreciate concerns by friends, colleagues and media people who would want to understand what is happening, but at this stage, I want to respect the involvement of my wife and my children who are innocent and therefore should not suffer any media ridicule and humiliation.
I can promise all concerned people that the issues here will be resolved in no time and there will be peace at both ends.
Thank you for your continuous support for Patience Nyarko`s brand and Trust Music production for the years that we have been in operation in the music business. God bless us all and in all things, let`s give thanks to God”, the statement said.
Mr Kumi is the CEO of Trust Productions which have gospel singer, Opiesie Esther, in their stables as well.
