Deputy information minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has issued a fierce warning to ministers and other government officials to be careful in the way they communicate in the media.
According to Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, the reckless statements made by various government officials has the potential of sending the NPP administration back to the opposition.
Speaking on Joy FM, the deputy minister revealed that government continues to either cancel ongoing policies or apologize for specific actions due to the poor utterances by government officials.
“I’d like to say to all of us, government appointees, chief executives, deputy minister, ministers – that these actions that we are taking that are embarrassing the government are the actions that will bring us down in the eyes of the Ghanaian who is watching or viewing us,” the deputy minister revealed.
