5 Men of God whose prophecies for the year 2017 did not come to pass

The year 2017 may go down as one of the prophecy-filled years in Ghana’s recent history.

Some prophets, notably at the end of the year 2016, sought to communicate God’s intentions for the ensuing year through prophecies.

YEN.com.gh brings to you some men of God whose prophecies may not have come to pass.

1. Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi

Prophet Badu Kobi is the founder and leader of the Glorious Wave Church International.

Among his prophecies for the year 2017 were an increase in fire outbreaks all over the country, the collapse of several businesses, the return of erratic power supply, several members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) going to jail and an increase in cocaine business in Ghana.

He also predicted most banks in Ghana would be hacked, a negative review of most salaries, telecommunication crises in Ghana and a removal of African leaders from office.

2. Bishop Dr. Maxwell Agyei

He is reported to be the founder and leader of the Manna House Chapel International, which is a non-denominational church located in Kumasi, in the Ashanti region.

In a post of Facebook, a social media platform, a man, Agyapong David Kay-Two, is alleged to have listed Bishop Agyei’s prophecies for the year 2017.

Some of the prophecies that may not have been translated into reality including one that indicated that 3 prominent male personalities would die.

He is also alleged to have prophesied that president Akufo-Addo would be trapped in a plane crash, but he would be saved.

Again, there would be abundance of food in Ghana, numerous firebreaks and wars in Pakistan, Cameroun and Nigeria. YEN.com.gh is yet to independently verify these claims.

3. Reverend Isaac Owusu – Bempah

Rev. Owusu-Bempah, the founder and leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministry International.

For the year 2017, he predicted a terrorist attack in Ghana, the death of a former president and a former first lady, a war in America and the death of a great Ghanaian king.

He also predicted serious clashes between Christians and Muslims, a plane crash in Ghana and the death of Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari.

4. Prophet Emmanuel Kodjoe

Prophet Kodjoe is alleged to have been a hiplife artiste who became a prophet.

In a report by www.ameyawdebrah.com, his list of prophecies for the year 2017 included a plane crash at Takoradi as a result of engine failure.

He also prophesied three assassination attempts on one major prophet in Ghana, destruction of houses and properties by water and fire crises that would take lives and damage property, the return of erratic power supply and an attempt to overthrow president Nana Akufo-Addo from office.

He also predicted a scarcity of the Ghana cedi, the death of the president of Sierra Leone, Ernest Koroma and an attempt by a non-Kenyan to head the country as president.
