It could be recall that, Derrick in December last year offered a whooping financial support to a physically-challenged Ghanaian, Abu who returned from Libya after going through horrific ordeal in that country.
The Libya returnee Abu, who left the shores of Ghana years ago to explore job opportunities returned home without a dime but with a permanent deformity.
Abu who touched the heart of Derrick through a Facebook post said his horrific experience and physical torture at Libya had left him with a permanent burnt face and hands.
The young Ghanaian after reading about Abu offered a generous cash donation to undergo a successful plastic surgery.
Derrick who doesn’t become tired of charity also promised to continue his financial support to Abu until he fully recovers and gets back on his feet.
Derrick has over the years supported the dreams of many Ghanaians both home and abroad through donations.
