A Lebanese national. Rabih Haddad was arrested in December on allegations of raping his 19-year-old house help.

The victim accused him of forcing himself on her in the absence of his wife. Haddad is reported to have thrown the victim out of his house after the act, leaving her in blood.
Hassan was subsequently arrested and sent to the Airport Police Station after the victim reported him.
However, the suspect was granted bail earlier this year on a charge of 500,000 cedis with two sureties that must be justified. Delivering his ruling, Justice Kofi Doku of the High Court said, enough time had been given to the prosecution to search for evidence and could not continue to keep the accused person in custody due to their failure to gather the evidence they require.
But the Daily Graphic reporter Aku Baneseh has revealed that there are some police officials trying to distract the process of justice in the alleged rape case.
In a Facebook post, she said three of the witnesses in the case have received calls from some police officers requesting that they change their statements.
According to her, the police’s claim that the suspect has been exonerated due to a forensic report suggesting there was no semen found in the rape victim, is nothing but an interference with the judicial process.
