Kumawood actress Tracey Boakye seems to have started 2018 on a very good note.
She recently celebrated the completion of her new house in Kumasi which she is expected to officially move into tomorrow [Wednesday], January 17 which marks her 27 birthday.
As if that is not a good start to the year enough, her boyfriend has gifted a new 4X4 pick up vehicle to celebrate the occasion.
According to the bubbly actress, the Toyota Tacoma came after she told the boyfriend, whom she referred to as her King, the road to the new house would not be good for the saloon car she currently uses.
"I only told him the road to my new house won’t help my car, he said Trace, take this new car... I think this car will help u .. I love u my king, ur just God sent to my son and I.. thank you .. I love u .. #27thbirthday loading... #17thjanuary #BossChick @kokastyle_gh thanks for my jumpsuit pic: @roycegallery touched by @signature_unisex_salon_gh_ ", she posted on Instagram with a photo of the pick up and her old car.
Tracey Boakye has established herself as a top actress since she burst onto the scene as the lead character in the Kumawood movie 'Oh Vera'.
She courted controversy when openly declared support and campaigned for then President John Mahama in the run up to the 2016 elections.
As somebody staying in Kumasi, the strongest hold of Mr Mahama's main rival who eventually defeated him, it must have taken some courage for the actress to make such a move.
It looks like the mother of one has been able to do away with the negativity surrounding her foray into politics and has moved on very well.
