Unarguably, Sarkodie has carved a niche for himself as an artiste others can look up to in the music industry.
In a bid to help groom other rising stars in the industry, he has advised them to refrain from cutting corners.
In a report by mynewsgh.com, the hip-hop artiste stated that he has come to realize there are great talents in the country.
He further expressed his desire to see them all express their God-given talents. In a bid to boost their moral, Sarkodie went on to say that he is willing to do all he can to support them.
Then he added a word of caution: “…make sure you put back every penny into your craft … if it will take you 8 shows to pay for one video, do so!!! Don’t cheat the game or you will fail “.
Sarkodie also took the opportunity to advise upcoming artistes to hunger to crave for success, because it is the only way they can achieve it in life.
According to him, there abound numerous talents in Ghana and although he wishes he can help all the talents that walk up to him, he is handicapped but will try his best to help the few he can.
Sarkodie has established himself as one of the forces to reckon with in Ghana’s music industry.
Born Michael Owusu Addo, he is a Ghanaian hip-hop recording artiste and an entrepreneur.
Considered as one of the top level performers, he has received several awards and favourable rankings.
