The manager of Ghanaian musician, Ebony has disclosed that the strategy behind his artiste is not ‘trial and error’.
According to Ricky Nana Agyeman, widely known as Bullet, there are solid plans put in place to ensure the success of Ebony’s career.
Speaking in an interview with Suncity FM in Sunyani, Bullet disclosed that careful steps are being calculated to ensure that the dancehall artiste keeps her shine as far as music is concerned.
“Ebony’s progress is calculated. If you see that an artist has hit, do not think that it is trial-and-error. There is no follow up hit for those who do trial-and-error. For her to come out with hit after hit should tell you that it calculated,” he said.
Ebony’s manager insisted that there are very well experienced team supporting Ebony in all capacities.
“After God’s favor and grace, there are some people who are supporting us with their strength, money and everything, these won’t make us fail because Rufftown records is not me alone,” he confidently said.
Bullet in his conversation revealed that the next big plan is to make Ebony’s brand more appealing to the international level.
The artiste’s manager admitted that though he is not much experienced in the industry, he is ready and willing to learn more to make his record label better.
“We accept any mistake that we have made and apologize to whoever is not okay with what we did, whole lot of things are involved if things do not go well forgive us and we’ll make things better," Bullet added.
