In a report by Zionfelix.net, the versatile actor explained that taking into consideration all that the entrepreneur had done for Ghana’s entertainment industry, he deserves to be in the house of Parliament.
According to Kwaku Manu, no movie star in Ghana would have shed tears as they are doing now, if all the wealthy people had emulated Nana Appiah Mensah’s actions.
“I’m talking about someone who has seen that the industry is collapsing so is doing his best as a private businessman to save it,” he added.
Kwaku Manu assured the business executive of his support if he ( Nana Appiah Mensah) expresses his readiness to vie for a parliamentary seat in any constituency in the country.
The Zylofon Arts Fund, which was officially accessible from Monday January 22, 2018, set aside $1 million for persons in the creative arts industry.
Proposals from interested persons would be vetted by a 5-member board before approval is granted.
