- All applicants selected in the online police recruitment scheme are to be called for the second phase of screening
- Selected applicants are expected to receive an SMS on their selection
The police department has set aside January 29, for the screening of all applicants who made it through the recruitment process, the public affairs directorate has stated.
What this means is that all selected applicants who applied through the online portal will be receiving special text messages from the police service beginning today. To this end, all applicants are been told to log into their accounts on the recruitment portal for the needed details.
“Similarly, shortlisted applicants from the 2016 manual application shall receive SMS messages from the Ghana Police Service with instructions on how to log on to the recruitment portal for the necessary details, which will include assigned screening centre and specific date that the individual applicant is to report at the centre,” excerpts of a press statement revealed.
Also, all applicants are to print out the e-mail message (i.e. the chit) and add it to all original copies of relevant documents including the qualified report, the GCB voucher; academic/professional certificates, birth certificates, national service certificates and any other relevant document.
