We are learning that Maame Dokono will be playing a role in a drama episode called "Love is Politics" on Valentine's Day.

The play, ‘Love is Politics,’ is also expected to feature Jeneral Ntatia, Doctor So and Pearl Korkor Darkey.

The come-back of Maame Dokono follows earlier suspicions over her ill health and legal tussles over a specific orphanage she had earlier established.

Grace Omaboe's appearance in the stage play cannot take away her phenomenal role in the "By the fireside" folklore series which saw thousands of Ghanaian children glued to their sets in the 90s.
