Salma Mumin blasts Ghanaian bloggers over false report

Talented Ghanaian actress, Salma Mumin has descended on Ghanaian media practitioners especially bloggers over what she describes as their 'lazy' approach in gathering news.

The actress, who is angry about desperate attempts by some bloggers to drive traffic to their websites, described them as ‘lazy’.

The actress was on Monday, reported to have said she is in dire need of a man to marry, a situation she said is very worrying on the side of Ghanaian bloggers.

Salma, who was clearly not happy about the reports attributed to her on Tuesday, took to her Instagram page to lashed out at bloggers for spreading falsehood about her.

The actress in her explanations disclosed that it was only a joke when she posted an image on her account with the message, “Dear whoever I end up with.. hurry up … I’m bored.”

The actress lamented that bloggers only find it necessary to feed on trivial issues but deliberately ignore more important ones that will support Ghanaian celebrities.

Salma in her post, described as “pathetic”, how journalists are only interested in writing about negative stories just to get the attention they desire.

“It’s pathetic to me because it looks like our own people doesn’t want the best for us because that same day I posted a video about my new “TV SHOW” and nobody supported by making it news. I haven’t seen any headline saying Salma Mumin stars in new TV Show,” she lamented.

The actress also revealed that she has ceased granting interviews to journalists for the fear of being misquoted just to drive traffic to their websites.

Salma further cautioned men to stop sending her messages expressing their love and desires for her since she is proud of being single.
