- Zylofon Media has said they will not tame Shatta Wale with company policies and ethics
- The company says Shatta Wale will still remain the same under their management
Ghana’s biggest record signing company, Zylofon Media, has disclosed that it will be a huge mistake on their part to tame their new artiste, Shatta Wale.
According to the Public Relations Officer of Zylofon, Sammy Flex, it will not be a difficult task for the company to handle the controversial dancehall artiste.
Speaking to Suncity FM in Sunyani, Sammy Flex disclosed that the company will not manage Shatta wale to the ground by taming him as is being speculated.
“I am not sure what we have to do is to tame him. Over the years what he does has made him who he is now. It will be a mistake at the moment that you try to tame him. We have accepted the task to manage him... he has also agreed...and accepted that we have the power to control what he does as a management company,” he said.

The PRO in his interaction stressed that Shatta Wale himself has accepted the challenge to be 'controlled' by Zylofon, therefore he sees him (Shatta Wale) as someone who is ready to work.
“The work would be done and Shatta Wale will still be Shatta Wale. He is not going to change. He is Shatta Wale that is why we even went for him. It won’t be in a negative way but it is something that will help the industry,” Sammy Flex added.
He also added that Shatta Wale is very calm and he has already settled every differences between him and his former manager, Bulldog who is now going to manage him at Zylofon.
The self-acclaimed dancehall King, has secured a three-year juicy contract with Zylofon Media.
The contract which was signed on last Wednesday, saw many industry players and a number of Shatta Movement fans in attendance.
Though the details of the contract was not made public, it is rumored that the artiste will be bagging away $1.5million, a brand new Rolls Royce vehicle, together with a heavy mansion in Accra.
Meanwhile, many entertainment pundits have criticized the move; predicting doom ahead of Shatta Wale at Zylofon.
