Ghana’s president, Akufo-Ado recently rolled out his 36-man cabinet to aid in delivering services to the people of Ghana. Urging the government to hasten its vetting process, in the list; the president has a one Mr. Boakye Agyarko. His massive experience in the energy sector would be of tremendous value, says the president.

At 60 years of age, Mr. Boakye has acquired tremendous experience.
In his list of honors is a political science and arts degree in economics from the University of Ghana. Topping that, he is recognized by the American Institute of Banking since he has an advanced certificate in banking from the institution. He later enrolled for an MBA from Pace University in Financial Economics.
His working experience began in the Bank of New York.
He has served in various departments in the bank to the vice president’s position. In his 2 decade tenure at the bank, he made tremendous strides. Just to mention, he has served at the top levels of management in production, global network, operations, asset managing and international banking and Y2K management group.
Serving in those positions, he has the ability to deliver in; loan syndications, structured finance, international trade finance and asset securitization.
Boakye Agyarko is an associate member of the American Institute of bankers and a member of the American Economic Association.
His efforts to NPP began in 2012 when he served as the Campaigns manager to NPP nationally during that period. He later joined the advisory role to the 2016 presidential team as a policy advisor.
Ayawaso West Wuogon Mp, Boakye Agyarko’s brother, has faith that his elder brother’s knowledge would be crucial in ensuring the new government delivers. Emmanuel Kyeremanteng Agyarko has no doubt that his elder brother deserves the role.
