Former President John Mahama was part of dignitaries who were in Parliament for the 2018 State of the Nation Address (SONA) address his successor Nana Akufo-Addo.
After President Akufo-Addo's address, the former president joined Members of Parliament from his party, the National Democratic Congress (NDC), to have lunch.
In photos YEN.com.gh came across on the internet, Former President Mahama is seen sharing a bowl of rice with the MPs.
The NDC MPs spotted at the lunch table, obviously impressed with the Mr Mahama's gesture, were all smiles.
The former president is expected contest in the NDC's flagbearership race later this year.
Though, he is yet to officially confirm that he will contest, his recent public appearances and utterances seem to suggest.
In December, he had a similar get-together with the top hierarchcy of the NDC
