Fortunately, no casualties were recorded in the second accident according to Luv FM’s Erastus Asare Donkor but the vehicles had to be towed out of the way to ease the traffic that was building on that stretch of the road.

According to residents in the area, the road was known to be accident-prone due to its poor nature.

The District Chief Executive of Ahafo Anor South, Joseph Agyeman Dapaah revealed that several calls made to the Assembly to fix the road proved futile even though many complaints had been lodged over the road considered to be a death trap.
