Ghana’s acclaimed king of dancehall, Shatta Wale, has been captured in photos shot for the popular satirical movie, Kejetia vrs Makola.
In an earlier post by YEN.com.gh, Shatta Wale was seen clutching a script as he stood between two actors in the popular series, Lawyer Nti and Judge Louis Lamis.
The musician’s foray into the world of television shows has grabbed the attention of Ghanaians all over the country, with some watching with keen interest, his ability to add movies to his music career.
The latest signee of the Zylofon Media label, in one of the photos, is seen wearing a wine suit over a black shirt.
With his eyes glued to his cell phone, he wears a beautiful smile, as if to acknowledge the fact that he was aware a camera was at work.
Seated beside him was one of the popular characters in the movie, lawyer Nti, who settled for a black suit matched with a black shirt and a green neck scarf.
He completed his outfit with a hand gloves coloured in blue, black and white.
Shatta Wale, is without doubt, one of Ghana’s favourite musicians.
The music artiste caused a stir when, he requested for a birthday present from President Akufo-Addo.
The first gentleman of the land responded by extending an invitation to him to the Flagstaff House, a development that was subjected to various interpretations all over the country.
He has won a number of awards in his music career, the latest being the Best Dancehall Artiste award, as part of the 2017 edition of the Entertainment Awards (USA).
