Popular Ghanaian actress Emelia Brobbey, has shared a short video of herself on Instagram quietly mourning the death of the late Ghanaian dancehall artist, Ebony Reigns.
The death of Ebony Reigns in Thursday night's accident is one that has shaken the entire nation. The sudden - and gruesome - death of Ghana's most popular young artist has had many expressing shock and dismay since news of the incident went public.
While others have shared long and elaborate messages that express heart wrenching emotion, Ghanaian actress, Emilia Brobbey, in a short video shared on Instagram said very little, but expressed a whole lot of sentiment.
In her video, the popular actress and secretary to Ghana's Creative Arts Council is seen wearing a dark hoodie and an equally dark pair of sunglasses listening to a new rendition of Ebony's "Maame Hwe" hit song.
In the last 17 hours since Emelia Brobbey shared her video it has been viewed over twenty-five thousand times, and also received over 50 comments on Instagram.
Most people have commiserated with Emelia, while others have told the popular actress to take heart.
