The one-week funeral rites of the Dancehall diva Ebony Reigns is currently underway at the St Martins De Porres School at Dansoman in Accra.
Ebony died in a gory accident at Nyamebekyere near Mankranso on the Sunyani-Kumasi Highway on the night of February 8.
The singer had gone to Sunyani to visit her mother, Beatrice Martin who had returned from the United Kingdom.
Ebony's friend, Franky Kuri and soldier bodyguard Francis Atsu Vondee also died in the accident.
Though the one-week rites should have been held last Thursday or Friday, Ebony's family chose to celebrate her birthday and pushed the rite to Sunday, February 18.
Hundreds of Ghanaians have thronged the venue to mourn the late singer who would have turned 21 years old last Friday.
