-Manager of late Ebony Reigns has commented on an alleged beef between his artiste and MzVee
-He rubbished claims of any ‘stand-off' between the two female musicians
- MzVee also refuted the claims and said it was the work of bloggers
Chief Executive Officer of Ruff Town Records and Midas Touch, Ricky Nana Agyeman, known widely as Bullet, has waded into an ongoing allegation that late Ebony Reigns and Mzvee were at loggerheads up until the demise of his artiste.
In reacting to the claims of the reported feud between late Afro dancehall act Ebony Reigns, and the Lynx Entertainment signee, Mzvee, Bullet revealed that there was no truth to the matter.
Speaking in an interview, Bullet said that to the best of his knowledge, there was no beef between Ebony and Mzvee.
He even went on to reveal that both female artistes had come together to work on a song which was yet to be released.
Commenting on the alleged ‘misunderstanding’ with her fellow musician, Mzvee, in an earlier interview with Andrew Tandoh Adote on the 'Tonight Show', vehemently refuted the rumours of any bad blood between herself and the late dancehall act.
She attributed the allegation to the handiwork of bloggers and journalists who were in a haste to put out fake news for their readers.
She revealed that some of the headlines she saw in the media about her used to ‘worry’ her a lot and felt that it was unfair for people to put out such allegations about her.
Ebony Reigns, whose real name was Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng, was born on February 16, 1997.
She was widely known for her hit songs, 'Poison' and Kupe'.
Ebony died in a gory accident on the Sunyani-Kumasi road while returning to Accra from Sunyani.
Her childhood friend and PA, Franky Kuri and one air force official, Francis Atsu Vondee, who posed as a bodyguard, also died in the car crash.
