- The MP told his story of how he was almost killed.
Maverick Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Mr Kennedy Agyapong has revealed that but for the kind intervention of a good Samaritan he would have been murdered like the late NPP MP for Abuakwa North, JB Danquah.
Speaking on Oman FM Monday, the MP noted that an informant had gone to the Managing Editor of the Daily Dispatch newspaper, Mr Ben Ephson about the plot to kill him [Agyapong].

"My informant is my saviour and I hold him in high esteem because he saved my life. The same style they used in killing J.B that was what they intended to use in finishing me,” he said.
“So, to cut the story short, yes some people wanted to assassinate Kennedy Agyapong a few years ago but their plans were thwarted.”
Meanwhile, the NPP MP, Mr has also vowed to kill the young man who was allegedly contracted by some gurus believed to be members of the opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) to assassinate him about three years ago.
According to him, he does not understand why the young man should continue to live since he accepted to take his(Kennedy) life for a paltry sum.
“I will finish this guy. Once I have seen the kind of person he is he will vanish,” he declared.
“I will kill that neggar,” he added in the Oman FM interview.
