Social media has gone into a frenzy and are calling for heads to roll after a new video of late dancehall act, Ebony Reigns and Franky Kuri has started going viral on the internet.
In the video, a man was seen ‘fondling’ the lifeless bodies of the award-winning dancehall act Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng and her friend, Franky Kuri.
The video which has been shared on some social media platforms has enraged many Ghanaians who are calling for the arrest of the mortuary worker who was captured in the video.
The man was seen wearing some surgical gloves and ‘played’ with the mortal remains of Franky Kuri and Ebony as they were being placed in the morgue.
He was overheard saying, “Life is short” as he twisted the piercing on the navel of late Ebony Reigns.
The man who was recording the video was also heard saying he was not recording the video to post on social media.
It has however been reported that the family of the late singer are threatening to sue the hospital and the people who were involved in the video that has since gone viral.
Many people are already disgusted by the gory pictures that were shared on social media after the accident was reported of Ebony and 2 others on the Sunayani-Kumasi road after their Jeep hit a heap of sand.
Ebony died in a gory accident on the Sunyani-Kumasi road while returning to Accra from Sunyani.
Her childhood friend and PA, Franky Kuri and one air force official, Francis Atsu Vondee, who posed as a bodyguard also died in the car crash.
After her death, some of the female artistes came together and recorded a tribute in her honor. Many people have mourned, eulogized and celebrated the 'Poison' hitmaker after it was reported that she had died in the car crash.
A One Week Observance was held for the musician in Accra on February 18, which saw attendance from people from all walks of life.
