- Ebony Reign's father has reacted to the video of mortuary staff fondling his daughter
- He said he will make sure the law deals with those involved
- He said he will not take matters into his own hands
Father to the late Ebony Reigns, Mr. Opoku-Kwarteng, has responded to a ghastly video circulating on social media platforms of mortuary staff inappropriately touching his daughter's remains.
According to Mr. Opoku-Kwarteng, although he has already been told about the video and its contents, he is yet to take a look at the video himself.
Nevertheless, Ebony's still grieving father expressed that things are not going to go easy for those involved in making the video, adding that those involved will pay.
"I’ve been told about it, but I haven’t had the opportunity of watching it. It is not going to be easy for the one who took the video, I can give you my word. Trust me. Whoever did that will pay for that,” he said.
The visibly hurt father went on to say that he doesn't intend to take matters into his own hands, although he expressed that he will make sure the law deals with the culprits.

"Is it allowed for a body laying in a fridge in a mortuary to be filmed? If that is not the way a body should be treated then the culprits have questions to answer. I will definitely take them on."
Mr. Opoku-Kwarteng expressed that it was a lucky break that one of the people involved can be recognized in the video, adding that tracing the rest would not be a big deal.
He also said family members have been going to the mortuary, but said no one was there when the video in question was taken.
"It is too early to be saying certain things but let’s see what will happen. I believe all will agree with me that it is not right.”
