-Silvanus Records have signed actress Maame Serwaa on a 5-year contract
-As part of the deal, the actress has been given a house and a car
-The main purpose of the deal is to push the brand of the actress onto the international market
Teen actress Maame Serwaa, known in real life as Clara Amoateng Benson has put pen to paper and signed a contract with new entertainment entrant, Silvanus Records.
The signing and unveiling took place at the Alisa Hotel in Accra on March 1 and saw attendance form many people who trooped in to see the actress make the major move in her illustrious career which has span over 10 years.
According to the manager of the actress, Mr. Mark Tetteh, the deal was going to see the actress work closely with Silvanus Records so as to push her to the international level.
As part of the deal, Maame Serwaa’s tertiary education fees was going to be taken care of by Silvanus Records. Already, a car and a house have been given to the actress to make her stay in Accra comfortable.
The manager of the actress revealed that Maame Serwaa had hopes of attending NAFTI and he was going to see to it that her wish to further her education is granted.
Throwing more light on the deal, Mark Tetteh added that Maame Serwaa was soon going to feature in some Nigerian movies.
Speaking at the unveiling, CEO of Silvanus Records, Mr. Bright Benson revealed that he was elated to have secured the signature of Maame Serwaa and was going to ensure that they lived and worked in harmony.
Maame Serwaa who spoke at the event revealed that she was very grateful for all the attention she was getting and thanked her late mother for always supporting her in her career.
She also was full of praise for her father who was present at the unveiling and revealed that he was constantly praying for her.
Kumawood actors Bill Asamoah and Don Little also graced the event to support their colleague.
