Respected Ghanaian highlife musician , Kumi Guitar has angrily ‘dragged’ popular Ghanaian comedian, DKB out of a press conference during a briefing.
Reports say the drama took place on Thursday, at the Zylofon Media conference hall at East Legon in Accra.
According to Abrantepa.com report, the musician who had called on media practitioners and other influences to share with him ideas on his yet-to-be-released album, requested suggestions on how to make his brand better.
Reports say after musician receiving several suggestions and recommendations from his audience, Derrick Kobina Bonney, aka DKB who was present at the event told Kumi that, there is nothing ‘interesting’ about him for the media to ‘feed on’, except his music.
DKB in further comment suggested to the musician that, he should mount a ‘dirty’ attack on newly signed Zylofon Media artiste, Shatta Wale in order to generate media controversy.
The comedian added that Kumi should be serious in his attack to the extent that, he should call on Zylofon Media to immediately terminate Shatta Wale’s contract.
DKB insisted that, that was the only way he can create enough media buzz to push his new single and brand.
However, reports say in what appeared to be a drama, Kumi angrily got of his seat and dragged DKB by his shirt, and threw him out of the meeting without any explanation.
Though it is still not clear why the musician got angry with DKB, over his suggestions.
Meanwhile, DKB has been spotted in a latest Instagram video hitting back at Kumi Guitar. The comedian has vowed to make life hell for the musician and his career.
Kumi Guitar is a Zylofon Media artiste, whose style of music has been applauded by many Ghanaians due to his choice of words.
The artiste is yet to release his much-talked-about single, ‘Betweener’ together with its video.
