Asamoah Gyan teams up with Stonebwoy on his return to music

-Captain of the Black Stars has made a comeback onto the music scene with a soon-to-be released song

-He has teamed up with dancehall act, Stonebwoy as they prepare to release a song together

-Asamoah Gyan took a long break from music after the disappearance of his friend, Castro

Captain of the senior national team and businessman, Asamoah Gyan, has returned to music after a long stint on the sidelines owing to the disappearance of highlife act, Theophilus Tagoe, popularly known as Castro.

The Ghanaian international footballer was seen in a video jamming to a project he was working on with multiple award-winning dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy.

Both Asamoah Gyan and Stonebwoy shared snippets of the almost-completed work on their official Instagram handles.

Asamoah Gyan, known widely by the name “Baby Jet” captioned his post, “Ghana . It’s cooking mennnn. “Dirty Enemies “. @stonebwoyb ft Babyjet”

From all indications, the project is the work of Zylofon Music signee, Stonebwoy, who has honored the captain of the Black Stars with a feature.

Asamoah Gyan has been on the sidelines in the music industry because of the tragic July 6, 2014 disappearance of his friend and fellow musician, Castro, known in real life as Theophilus Tagoe.

However, the footballer’s love for music has been rekindled by the “People Dey” song maker. It is yet to be ascertained when the song would be released.

In the world of business, the Ghanaian international footballer has joined the ranks of other international footballers who have invested heavily in other industries apart from sports.

He is believed to own some 18 businesses from the many industries he has pumped money into.

To compliment his love for music, the footballer has started a band known as the Asa Band. It is reported that the band took care of the music needs at the One Week Memorial of late Ebony Reigns.
