Ghanaian dancehall and reggae artiste, Stonebwoy, has allegedly thrown some shots at Shatta Wale in his latest single, according to rumours.
He is said to have released a new song ‘Dirty Enemies’ which features the captain of the Black Stars, Asamoah Gyan.
In the song, Stonebowy sings of how “they keep killing our our youth, mocking prophets, and dissing the mothers.”
“Somebody tell me the truth, after killin them then what is the profit. One thing I want you to do, run for your life before you end up in a casket…. Our enemies den dirty enemies,” he sings.
Some entertainment pundits have read deep meanings into those lines of Stonebwoy’s song.
According to them, Shatta Wale is the exact person Stonebwoy is calling a dirty enemy in his new single.
This follows Shatta Wale’s recent ‘war’ with some prophets, and other controversies.
Shatta Wale has not minced words in attacking some prophets he called fake because they have prophesied that he would die before the end of 2018.
His parents also joined in the “war” against the “fake” prophets, with his dad reporting the case to the CID for investigations into the death prophecy.
Wale has also threatened to burn churches in Ghana if he should be alive by December.
Against these backdrops, it is alleged that Stonebwoy is seeking to rekindle the bad blood that existed between he and Shatta over who is the best in the dancehall genre.
