One of Ghana’s biggest fashion icons, Nana Akua Addo, has released a lovely photo of herself as the world celebrates International Women’s Day (IWD) on Thursday, March 8, 2018
In her latest photo, the fashion queen wore a feathery black blouse, which was matched with black trousers. Her lovely sunglasses and a beautiful hairstyle completed her outfit.
She did not end there; the model triggered a though-provoking issue on social media, when she posed a question to her followers.
According to her, it would be better to invest in, hire and pay women, so that they could utilize their fullest potential.
She went on to say that this was preferable to empowering and celebrating them through posts, quotes and poems.
This point of view was met with positive responses from her social media fans, who took to social media to wish her well:
@graceopoku_mens wrote: "Happy international women's day to you, beauty"
@guudkelly, added: "Word, happy Women's Day..."
@rosebrihanna chipped in: "Happy international women's day sister" and @atkissiwaa added: "Happy international women’s day @nanaakuaaddo"
Nana Akua Addo has consistently rocked the world of fashion with her unique wardrobe.
Overtime, she has cast herself as an authority in a unique niche in the fashion world. She has gradually metamorphosed into an international fashion brand Ghana can be proud of.
