Shatta Wale changed my dreams – Shatta Michy

- Shatta Michy has revealed that she used to be a chorister in church

- According to her, she however had little interest in becoming a musician

- Shatta Wale, she said, helped to change a number of things when they met

Shatta Wale’s partner, Shatta Michy, born Diamond Michelle Gbagonah, has disclosed that she used to sing in church.

According to her, it is one of the several things about her that Ghanaians are quite unaware of.

Speaking with Becky of Joy News, Shatta Michy added that until she met Shatta Wale, she never dreamed of becoming a musician.

“I’ll tell you one thing, I never imagined being a musician until I met Shatta Wale. Yes I could sing and I used to sing in Church and at school. I went to Mfantsiman Girls', we had a group, a crazy squad,” she disclosed.

The 'Cheating' singer further stated that she knows she is quite talented, and as such she has started experimenting on a lot of things this year.

“I’ve been testing my talents a lot, and I have quite a lot of talents. I want to pick a lot of them and master them so that’s what I’m doing this year,” Shatta Michy revealed.

She went on to say that she is about to release another single dubbed, 'Honourable' in a week, as shooting of the video for the song is ongoing.

Shatta Michy also spoke about the reason behind her decision to venture into the movie industry.

According to her, it isn’t really about fame or money, as she is interested in learning and contributing to help rebuild a deteriorating industry.
