- Kumi Guitar has allegedly released a song dissing Stonebwoy titled 'Gyae'
- The song reportedly touches on recent issues involving Stonebwoy and Zylofon Media
Ghanaian high-life artiste, Kumi Guitar, has reportedly released a new track where he disses Ghana's internationally renowned reggae artist, Stonebwoy, over comments the latter has made.
In his new single titled 'Gyae', Kumi Guitar allegedly touches on controversies related to why Stonebwoy reportedly wants to leave Zylofon.
According to a report published by Peacefmonline.com, the song 'Gyae' - which means 'Stop' in English - is a direct response to recent incidents between Stonebwoy and Zylofon Media.
Followng Shatta Wale's signing up to Zylofon Media there was rumor that Stonebwoy, who was already signed up to Zylofon, was not quite happy about the development, even though he welcomed Shatta Wale to the Zylofon family on social media.
According to Kumi Guitar, Stonebwoy has no say regarding who Zylofon Media should sign up, neither does he own shares in the company.
“I was the first artist to be signed onto Zylofon but no one informed me when you Stonebwoy was getting signed. I wasn’t even informed when Becca, Joyce Blessing or even Obibini was being signed," Kumi Guitar said, while speaking on Zylofon FM on Monday.
Kumi Guitar went on to pointedly say that if Stonebwoy was doing his part and gave Zylofon Media what they want, they wouldn't have decided to bring Shatta Wale on board.
