First Zylofon Music signee, Kumi Guitar, has opened up on certain actions taken by dancehall act, Stonebwoy, that probably led to his misunderstanding with the entertainment outfit.

Speaking in an interview with Myjoyonline.com, Kumi Guitar recounted how a fan called him and alleged that Stonebwoy had ordered the removal of Zylofon Media paraphernalia from a concert they were billed to perform at the University of Ghana.

Kumi Guitar also revealed that it was reported that Stonebwoy got angry after Zylofon Media signed his arch-rival, Shatta Wale.

To this end, Kumi Guitar said thet the Zylofon Media CEO had the sole right to decide who he signed onto his outfit provided they could do the job.

In explaining further, he said the CEO of Zylofon needed results and if one person could not give him the results, he would get another person to do it.

Going on, Kumi Guitar said it was part of the deal for Zylofon Media artistes to promote the brand on their social media handles but Stonebwoy never did that; an action which caused misunderstanding between Nana Appiah Mensah and the ‘People Dey’ singer.

The ‘Betweener’ singer revealed that Stonebwoy had been given the chance to decide his fate with the entertainment outfit but after a week of the ‘ultimatum’, he still had not responded.

Kumi Guitar revealed that his comments were coming on the heels of the bad tag that some people wanted to associate with Zylofon Media due to the incident that happened over the weekend.

According to Kumi Guitar, he was not ready to see Zylofon go down because if that happened, all the artistes, including Stonebwoy, were going to go down with it.

Kumi Guitar said the matter was dear to his heart because being the first signee of the entertainment giant, he was the one who convinced Nana Appiah Mensah to sign other artistes to his outfit.
