Speaking on TV Africa's morning show, the prophet hinted that Ghanaians would have to come together and pray should the prophecy be averted.

“Instead of Ghanaians ganging up and blasting the prophetic, we need to pray for the nation. The Lord told me that from now until August, the country is going to experience a heavy rainfall that we have never witnessed before. Instead of blasting, let’s pray,” he noted.

The prophecy by Nigel Gaisie follows previous ones which sparked controversy among Ghana's entertainment industry.

Reacting to the death of Ebony Reigns, the prophet, who predicted her death, revealed that the singer's death could have been averted should his prophecy had been heeded.
