- Kumi Guitar has said he was only advising Stonebwoy through his song
- The highlife musician says he is thinking of collaborating with Stonebwoy
Highlife musician and Zylofon Music's first signed artiste, Nana Yaw Kumi, aka Kumi Guitar, has disclosed his intention to collaborate with dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy, after throwing shade at him in his latest song.
The musician came down heavy on his fellow Zylofon signed artiste over his recent media fracas with management of the record label.
Kumi Guitar who appears not on the side of Stonebwoy, has been in a number of media interviews labeling Stonebwoy an ungrateful being who doesn’t want to appreciate the Zylofon Media boss.
However, Stonebwoy on his part, has ignored Kumi’s numerous attacks and criticisms on him.
The musician in a recent interview with Rainbow Radio disputed suggestions that he hates Stonebwoy.
To him, all his other colleagues are doing extremely well under Zylofon Music.

When asked if he will accept a collaboration with the Bhim Nation boss, he said, ‘’what kind of question are you asking me? In fact is a must. He [Stonebwoy] is my brother and collaboration with him is a must. Ghanaians should expect something big from the two of us.’’
Kumi Guitar in his conversation revealed that Zylofon boss, Nana Appiah Mensah, who was his classmate, approached him to support his music but because of his good intentions, he convinced him to work with other artistes.
He described Nana Appiah Mensah as a great personality whose interest is to see the creative industry grow.
Kumi Guitar has been lambasted for dissing Stonebwoy through a song following a fracas between him (Stonebwoy) and the firm.
Meanwhile, the highlife musician has however rubbished all allegations leveled against him, insisting he was only advising Stonebwoy through the song.
