Popular Ghanaian radio personality, Jessica Opare Saforo, has urged Ghanaians to be wary of petrol station convenience store attendants who consistently charge customers for more than they buy.
Most people who make frequent use of petrol station convenience stores will know of how frustrating it is to buy items, pay their bill, and drive off only to later realize that they've been billed for more than they actually bought.
Well, it appears as though this very thing seems to have happened one-too-many times to Citi FM's celebrity radio personality, Jassica Opare Saforo.
In a post shared on her personal Facebook page, Citi FM's Jessica expressed her frustration at the "growing trend" of petrol station convenience store attendants trying to "steal" money from customers.
According to Jessica, every time she has stopped at a convenience store in various petrol stations in order to buy something she's been charged for something she didn't buy.
"It's simple frustrating and broad daylight thievery. Don't be fooled by their eagerness to help you. Crosscheck your receipt with the number of items you bought before you walk away. Do it EVERYTIME!" Jessica wrote.
Jessica went on to write that, according to her, managers at these petrol station convenient stores are either complicit, or simply don't care.
