Ghanaians jab Owusu Bempah for suggesting Mahama wouldn't win election 2020

Founder of the Glorious Word Power Ministry, Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah, is on the receiving end of some harsh criticism from Ghanaians following his prophecy or comment about ex-president John Mahama.

The preacher is on record to have prophesied that the former NDC leader will lose if he contests in the 2020 elections.

He advised the ex-president not to heed to calls to contest in 2020, insisting it will be a waste of time on the part of Mahama to contest in 2020 because he won't win.

I will advise Mahama not to stand again because he won’t win the 2020 elections,” Owusu Bempah said.

However, his prophesy has drawn the ire of some NDC sympathisers on social who have ripped the pastor apart.

Most of them berated the prophet for making such utterances, saying that he is not God to decide the future of Mahama.

Others also questioned his genuineness, with the authenticity of his prophecy also being called into doubt.

One Emmanuel Osei Bonsu said: “Make sure u don't divorce your wife before 2020”, referring to reports that the pastor have divorced his partner.

Another called Nanaama Addo Pearl said: “Does this man thinks it’s his prophesies that brought NPP to power anaa? It was Ghanaian’s decision Sir. We voted them into power...What we want is what God will bless us with ...”

Eva Yevu also added: “Aaaaahhhh wait oo, I’m not understanding this man oo, Is it only Mahama and NDC that God have been revealing to this man? How about all this calamities befalling us day in day out?”

One Austin Etule Onwordi went in hard on the pastor saying: “Some of your family members need your help man.... prophesy for them...... also advise your wife to be hiding and taking alcohol....coz it will spoil your image as a fraudster pastor...”

Frank Aboagye Ghunney also had this to say: “What kind of pastor are you, instead of you bringing out words from the Bible to admonish the citizens, you always talk about Mahama or you won't be paid if you don't mention him. Are you sure God called you?”

Keteku Korku Edward mused: “REV. ISAAC OWUSU BEMPAH, it appears everybody is talking about your wife being a member of akpeteshie drinking company of Gh which is very bad, can't you solve this house issue before interacting someone's private issue???Its’ really a disgrace to you oo. Well, Mahama is taking coffee and you are receiving bombs here.”

From the above comments it appears most Ghanaians are not too enthused about Owusu Bempah’s prophesy about Mahama.
