NDC official calls Owusu Bempah a 'fake man of God'

- A top NDC official, Alhaji Saani, has claimed that Rev. Owusu Bempah is not a true man of God

- According to him, the 'man of God' uses information given to him to create prophecies

The Ashanti Regional Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Alhaji Saani, has referred to Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah as a 'fake man of God'.

According to him, Rev. Bempah, who is the Founder and General Overseer of the Glorious Word and Power Ministry International, cannot refer to himself as a true man of God.

This, he explained, is because Owusu Bempah uses information given to him to create prophecies that will make people believe that he is powerful.

“That Owusu Bempah is not a pastor; he is not real prophet. I can see him as a politician and so he should go and join Nana Addo’s campaign trail and campaign for him, because I don’t see him as a pastor. I won’t even bother adding him to real pastors in the country,” he said on Okay FM.

These comments by Alhaji Saani, are as a result of a revelation by Rev. Owusu Bempah that John Dramani Mahama has no chance of leading the country again.

Rev. Owusu Bempah is reported to have said that “…no human being can change what God has said. I respect former President Mahama, but God says he can never be president of the country again.

He has been helpful to Ghana; he’s done what he can so I wish him well in all his endeavors. But to become the president of Ghana, it will never happen.”

He went ahead to say that it would be disastrous for the NDC to bring back Mahama, as he has done his part and has no chance for the presidency again.
