Young actor Rahim Banda, has received an overwhelming support from his colleagues to become the school prefect (SP) of the Ghana National College in Cape Coast.
According to information gathered by YEN.com.gh, the actor won in 44 out of the 52 classes in the school. He thus easily beat his three competitors.
By his victory, Rahim also automatically takes up the position of Students Representative Council (SRC) president of the school.
Born on November 25, 2000, Rahim rose to fame as child actor about nine years ago.
His father, Ahmed Banda, is a music and movie producer who is popularly known as Bandex and his mother is from Thailand.
He was, at the beginning of this year, named alongside colleague young actor, Abraham Attah, as ambassadors for government's Free SHS programme.
