YEN.com.gh has sighted a video of the late dancehall diva Ebony Reigns, and her manager, in which she was trying to stop him from fighting.
Bullet and Ebony had visited a studio for an interview, during her early days in the music industry.
It seems that during the interview, a listener phoned into the show to air his views on the matter being discussed.
He is heard claiming that Ghanaian music is not popular in Nigerian unlike what we experience here in Ghana with Nigerian music all over.
He seems to have slammed Ebony, probably claiming that despite all her efforts to get the fame, her songs were not popular in Nigeria.
But this really got Bullet angry, and he insisted on responding to the caller, hence, fighting for Ebony.
Judging by his demeanour, it was obvious that Bullet wanted to “blast” him, but the ever kindhearted Ebony, who wanted peace to prevail, tried to stop her manager from attacking the guy.
Ebony was captured tapping Bullet on his arm, saying “It’s not gonna make you look good, it’s not gonna make you look good.”
She sounded worried, indicating that she was not happy with what was going on; and this gives a proof to the many testimonies that have been made about Ebony since her death.
Her assistant manager, Allen Kofi Anti, had revealed how Ebony used to give him and other people money whenever they needed help.
According to Allen, sometimes Ebony did not asked for help, but she readily supported others.
He even disclosed in a show monitored by YEN.com.gh on GHONE TV, how Ebony had given him the money she got from performing at a show.
Sadly, Ebony Reigns lost her young life on February 8, 2018, a week to her 21st birthday.
She was returning from the Brong Ahafo Region, where she had visited her mother and other relatives.
Ebony, born Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng will be laid to rest on March 24, 2018 at the Osu cemetery.
