The Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, has stated that he knows the person who killed the Flagstaff House soldier, Sergeant George Boakye.
In a report by MyNewsGH.com, he stated that he believes man called ‘Bortey Disco’ is responsible for the act.
“This notorious land guard is behind the killing of a military officer who was attached to the Flagstaff House, the seat of government,” he stated.

According to him, the man has been terrorizing residents of Borteyman, near Adenta in the Greater Accra region.
“There is a place in Borteyman, and when you go there, all that you will see are human skeletons. You can’t move without stepping on the skeleton.
This man called Bortey Disco kills people and take their lands. He then leaves their bodies to decompose in the area,” the lawmaker revealed.
The MP’s revelations come at a time when the police are yet to conclude their investigations, and consequently determine what happened to the late Sergeant George Boakye.
The soldier lost his life in January 2018, when he was shot by suspected armed robbers who tried snatching his Toyota Land cruiser vehicle with registration number CR 1341-15.
The incident reportedly occurred at Community 19, near the Accra Abattoir.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the vehicle was snatched from the owner at Community 19 near the Accra Abattoir area by armed robbers and in the process, he was shot several times.
He was consequently rushed to the 37 Military hospital by good Samaritans, but he lost his life.
