Respected Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy, has revealed that the late sensational dancehall diva, Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng, aka Ebony made his ‘Bawasaaba’ song a hit.
According to Stonebwoy, plans were far-advanced to feature Ebony Reigns on his ‘Bawasaaba’ hit song, but unfortunately she couldn’t finish recording her version of the song.
Speaking to Adom TV on Saturday at the State House, Stonebwoy disclosed that Ebony was the first person to have heard his ‘Bawasaaba’ song, and was in the process of adding her version.
However, her sudden demise couldn’t allow her finish with the collaboration with the Bhim Nation President.
‘It’s unfortunate she couldn’t finish the song on time even though I will not disagree she made it popular,” he maintained.
The untimely demise of dancehall artiste Ebony has left many Ghanaians including her industry colleagues terrified.
The young talented star, met her untimely death in a gory accident February this year together with her close friend and her military bodyguard.
The 21-year-old celebrated dancehall artiste was on Saturday laid in state at the State House in Accra, where he was finally buried at the Osu cemetery.
