- Kumchacha says he carried out empty threats to beat up Swedru-based musician, Patapaa
- Prophet Kumchacha says he did not mean any of his threats on Patapaa Amisty
The leader and founder of Heaven’s Gate Ministries, Nicholas Osei, widely known as Prophet Kumchacha, has clarified that he did not really mean to beat Swedru-based artiste, Patapaa.
According Prophet Kumchacha, his threat to beat the ‘One Corner’ hitmaker was mere “political talk.”
Kumchacha, a few weeks ago, threatened to beat up Patapaa Amisty for alleging that he [Kumchacha] was responsible for the death of sensational dancehall artiste, Ebony.
The self-styled Prophet at the time rubbished the accusations, insisting that Patapaa has a mental problem for pointing fingers at him in connection with Ebony’s death.
Patapaa had earlier accused Prophet Kumchacha, of being responsible for the tragic death of Ebony, which occurred on February 8.
“Kumchacha has been cursing us all this while whenever he comes on air but by God’s grace, I’m still alive. Kumchacha should be very careful. You always curse people on air, God will punish you,” Patapaa reportedly said.
But commenting on the threat in an interview on Joy FM’s Drive Time on Monday, Kumchacha said his threat to physically assault Patapaa was mere “political talk.”
