Ghanaian actress Moesha Boduong has disclosed that she sleeps with a married man because he can afford to cater for her financial needs.
According to her, the difficult financial conditions in Ghana make it almost impossible for ladies to reject the advances of men, as they have the money to spend on them.
Speaking to Christiane Amanpour on CNN’s 'Sex and Love Around the World', Moesha said she has so many needs that she cannot attend to on her own and will need the support of a man for.
In Ghana our economy is in such a way that you need someone to just take care of you [because] you can’t make enough money as a woman here.
Even when you want to get an apartment, you have to pay for two years advance and I just started working so where am I going to get that money to pay for an apartment for two years,” she said.
Asked if she is having sex with a married man essentially because he can afford to pay her rent, Moesha answered in the affirmative, adding that “because he can afford to take care of you.”
“He takes care of me, my financial stuff, my apartment, my car, my rent – everything.”
When she was further asked what her man expects from her in return, the actress explained: “He expects me to be loyal and just date him only, and give him sex when he wants it… You can’t say no [when he asks for sex]. If you say no, then that means you are cheating on him. He’s going to think you are cheating on him.”
