The late Ebony Reigns has emerged as the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs) Artiste of the Year.
She beat competition from Shatta Wale, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, and Joe Mettle.
The win makes her the first female posthumous winner of the award.
She is also the first ever female to win the ultimate at the VGMAs.
Ebony also won the Afro Pop Song of the Year with her hit track 'Sponsor' as well as the Album of the Year with 'Bonyfied'.
Another hit song of Ebony, 'Maame Hw3', written by her manager, Bullet, won the Songwriter of the Year category.
