Berla Mundi hits back at Okraku Mantey over his VGMA criticism

Berla Mundi hits back at Okraku Mantey over his VGMA criticism

After being defended by her colleague and ace broadcaster Nana Aba Anamoah, Berla Mundi has come out herself to also respond to Mark Okraku Mante’s criticism of her performance as an MC at this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards(VGMA).

Mark Okraku Mantey had earlier said that Berla Mundi was not fit for the role VGMA assigned her and that Charter House had lowered their standards for making someone like her MC such a big show.

According to a report on Ghbase.com, Okraku Mantey on Joy FM indicated that the choice of Berla Mundi for the main MC was below the standard set by Charterhouse over the years and added that she should have rather been given a peripheral role.

Mark Okraku Mantey’s statement incurred the wrath of some Ghanaian personalities, especially Nana Aba Anamoah and Michael Oti Adjei when he harshly criticized the performance of Berla Mundi as the host of this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

But Berla Mundi who usually does not respond to such criticism has finally responded with a subliminal message on Twitter

She wrote:

"It doesn’t matter how young you may be, you can and will be a leader. No man can dispose what God has proposed!"
