Police officials have released the full names of three police officials who rented a loaded gun to armed robbers at Weija in Accra.
Three police officers at the Weija District Command were arrested by the Anti-Robbery Squad of the Greater Accra Regional Police for hiring some AK47 rifles to armed robbers.

Adom FM reported that these police officers who often station at Kokrobite and Weija, hired guns to some robbers over the weekend.
Also, an eyewitness claims these robbers were involved in a serious accident on their way for the alleged robbery activities.
The full names of these police officers are Seargent Stanley Mensah, Corporal Emmanuel Takyi of Weija Police and Corporal Simon Osei of the Rapid Deployment Force (RDF).
Meanwhile, the Weija District Police Commander, DSP Joseph Afuakpah has expressed shock over the development that says the situation is now in the hands of the Anti-Robbery Unit of the Ghana Police Service.
