Batting an eyelid to Ekow Blankson´s earlier statement, describing the current crop of Kumawood actors as jokers, Asamoah without holding back his words placed Kumawood´s Akrobeto above the Ghallywood movie actor.

Speaking to Zylofon Media in Accra on Wednesday the film producer who was clearly not happy insisted that he will chose Akrobeto over Ekow Blankson any day.

“I want Ekow Blankson to know that comparatively, Akrobeto is far better than him”, he chided.

Though Ekow Blankson has since rendered an apology to Kumawood industry players, Mr Asamoah says his media apology is only a sham.

"Sammy, I want you to know that Blankson meant what he said. His apology is only a face-saving one. I know he is only saying sorry because of the backlash he is receiving as a result of what he said. I don’t believe he is really sorry. He has denigrated all of us”, he told the host of Zylofon Media Showbiz Agenda.
